Providing a Wealth of Experience is the Key to a Great Real Estate Experience. Meet Jeffrey Simons.

For nearly three decades, Realtor® Jeffrey Simons has been passionately rolling up his sleeves and going to work for his appreciative real estate clients. And for all those years he’s been an avid student of the game, amassing significant knowledge, experience and insights. In fact, you could argue that the saying when you do what you love, people love what you do perfectly describes Jeffrey’s approach to his work.

When asked about his stye of customer service, Jeffrey replies, “I believe that "customer service" is not a strong enough phrase. To me, each home seller or buyer is looking for a unique and personal experience, not just a closed transaction. My goal is simply to provide them with the most incredible real estate experience they could imagine, not by default, but by design.”

Serving the cities of Orange, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, Villa Park and Tustin, as well as adjacent neighborhoods, Jeffrey believes in the importance of education, not only for himself, but in educating his clients about the process, the timelines, what to expect, and what their options are when buying or selling a home.

“One of the many things that separates me is the knowledge of both the market, and the process,” he explains. “Over my nearly 30 years helping people, I’ve built systems to help clients navigate through the process, from start to finish—and I don't leave any stone unturned in perfecting my approach.”

In fact, Jeffrey is well respected in the local industry and often shares his insights with fellow agents. In his quest to be the most informed agent he can be, he holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation (CDPE), as well as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator Designation (CREN). “I'm also a KWU (Keller Williams University) Approved Trainer, as I love teaching, and facilitating,” he notes. “I’d like to continue giving back to this industry by doing some coaching in the future.” A believer in the importance of being a leader in business and life, Jeffrey recently became a John C. Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer, and works to help instill the tenets of good leadership.  

Born and raised in Chicago, Jeffrey, age 52, has an identical twin brother, who shares his passion for education, holding a Masters in Accounting, specializing in Taxation. Jeffrey swam in High School and really enjoyed the competition. “My brother and I were always into cars,” he notes. That passion for cars continues to this day through his coveted 1974 Mazda RX4 that brings him lots of joy. “I'm a big fan of the rotary motors,” he says. 

Jeffrey moved to California in 1986 when his Father passed. “My Mother moved to the Golden State to be near her sister, and I moved there as well. The rest is history,” he explains. Besides being an avid fan of the California lifestyle, Jeffrey is a devoted husband and father. Married to his wife, Kristina, since 1997, they have 3 children, Samantha, Lauren, and Matthew. The Simons family love to go camping in their trailer, both locally and up in the Sierras. Passing on his love of cars, Jeffrey bought his son his first car, a 1983 Mazda RX7. “Matthew and I go to the Grand Prix every year for his birthday,” Jeffrey says. “It’s a really special time for us.”

When Jeffrey is not hard at work helping his clients, he enjoys working out at home, and spending time on his paddle board. He also enjoys reading, mostly the bible or religious books, and then personal development and growth topics. When asked about his life bucket list, Jeffrey responds, “Italy is one of the countries I would like to visit in the future. I would love to canoe through the caves up and down the coast.” And the car aficionado in him says, “I would love to drive on the Autobahn one day!”
